Iyengar Yoga at Hopkins Center for the Arts

This ongoing class is suitable for beginners and more experienced practitioners. The focus of each lesson changes week-by-week so that over the course of one month, students receive instruction in inversions and backbends as well as standing, sitting, twisting, forward bending, and restorative poses. Props and modifications enable every student to be challenged yet successful.

Chair Yoga Online

Chair yoga is a gentle practice that includes seated poses on the chair and standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Yoga can help manage arthritis and osteoporosis while strengthening your immune system. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility and strength, or who are healing from injuries.

Morning Yoga at Hopkins Center for the Arts

This rejuvenating morning yoga practice is taught in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. The course includes basic standing, sitting, and restorative poses that are modified to meet your individual needs. All levels of experience are welcome.
